带V形肋片太阳能空气集热器的空气流动及换热特性模拟研究

摘  要:为探究空气在带有V形肋片的太阳能空气集热器中的传热和流动特性,笔者基于ANSYS FLUENT软件进行了数值模拟,重点研究了肋片几何参数对通道内空气流动及换热特性的影响。仿真结果表明:通道宽度方向V形肋片数的变化会对传热性能产生正反2个方面的影响,在肋片几何参数及节距不发生变化的条件下可以得到最大的热性能因子对应的肋片数(宽度方向),当肋片几何参数发生变化时最大的热性能因子对应的肋片数(宽度方向)也发生变化,在所研究的肋片参数范围内热性能因子最大为2.30;只增大肋片迎角或节距时最大热性能因子对应的肋片数(宽度方向)将减少,只增加肋高时最大热性能因子对应的肋片数(宽度方向)先增大后减少。To investigate the heat transfer and flow characteristics of air in a solar air collector with V-shaped ribs,the author conducted numerical simulation research based on ANSYS FLUENT software,focusing on the influence of fin geometry parameters on air flow and heat transfer in the channel.The simulation results show that the change in the number of V-shaped ribs in the width direction of the channel will have two positive and negative effects on the heat transfer performance.Under the condition that the geometric parameters and pitch of the ribs do not change,the maximum number of ribs corresponding to the thermal performance factor(width direction)can be obtained.When the geometric parameters of the ribs change,the number of ribs corresponding to the maximum thermal performance factor(width direction)also changes.Within the range of rib parameters studied,the maximum thermal performance factor is 2.30;When only increasing the angle of attack or pitch of the ribs,the number of ribs(in the width direction)corresponding to the maximum thermal performance factor will decrease.When only increasing the rib height,the number of ribs(in the width direction)corresponding to the maximum thermal performance factor will first increase and then decrease.
