摘 要:为预测提花机拉刀使用寿命,根据拉刀传动机构的交变载荷工作环境,对其进行振动疲劳分析,研究拉刀出现周期性断裂失效机理。通过模态分析和谐响应分析,分别获取拉刀的固有频率、振型以及激励下的振动响应情况;对拉刀传动机构进行动力学分析,计算拉刀的功率谱密度(Power Spectral Density,PSD);采用Lalanne法计算拉刀的振动疲劳寿命,得到断裂失效部位。仿真分析结果表明:拉刀从中下部位开始断裂失效,预测振动疲劳寿命约为1.47 a,与实际使用情况相近。该研究有助于后续开展拉刀的抗疲劳优化,并可降低使用维护成本。To predict the service life of the jacquard broach,vibration fatigue analysis was conducted based on the alternating load working environment of the broach transmission mechanism,and the periodic fracture failure mechanism of the broach was studied.The natural frequency,mode shape,and vibration response of the broach under excitation were obtained respectively by modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.The Power Spectral Density(PSD)of the broach was calculated by dynamic analysis of the broach transmission mechanism.Based on the above analysis,the Lalanne method was used to calculate the vibration fatigue life of the broach,and the fracture failure site was obtain.Research shows that simulation analysis predicts that the fracture failure of the broach will start from the middle and lower parts,and the predicted vibration fatigue life is about 1.47 years,which is similar to the actual usage.This study is helpful for the subsequent anti-fatigue optimization of broach,reduction of maintenance costs.
