基于“异病同治”理论探讨柴胡疏肝散治疗CNAG及FD

摘　　要：慢性非萎缩性胃炎(Chronic non-atrophic gastritis,CNAG)及功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)作为消化系统两种独立的常见疾病,两者的治疗方案各不相同。该文基于“异病同治”理论,通过对此两种疾病中医病机的探析及柴胡疏肝散药理作用的分析,探讨柴胡疏肝散治疗此二病的可行性,以期为临床治疗提供参考及借鉴。Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)and functional dyspepsia(FD)are two independent common diseases of the digestive system,with different treatment plans.Based on the theory of"treating different diseases with the same treatment,"this article explores the feasibility of ChaihuShugan San in treating these two diseases.Through analysis of their pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine and the pharmacological effects of ChaihuShugan San,it investigates the possibility of using this treatment for clinical reference.
