温阳健脾法治疗胃食管反流病的研究进展

摘　　要：通过阐述分析引起胃食管反流病主要的临床病因病机,在原有的胃食管反流病中医辨证证型上,增加讨论脾、胃、肝等脏腑虚寒的相关辨证分型,通过归纳总结中医及相关疗法治疗胃食管反流病,提出温阳健脾法的认识,及相关中医辨证认识、作用原理探讨、主要临床药物应用及进展。认为温阳健脾法用于治疗胃食管反流病具有十分良好稳定的远期临床观察疗效,其主要代表方药为黄芪建中汤、健脾和胃温阳利膈方及吴茱萸汤等具有很明显广阔的新药临床及开发前景。Through elaborating on the main clinical etiology and pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease,in addition to the original TCM syndrome differentiation type of gastroesophageal reflux disease,the related syndrome differentiation and classification of spleen,stomach,liver,and other viscera deficiency and cold were discussed.The understanding of the warming Yang and strengthening spleen method was proposed by summarizing TCM and related therapies for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.The related Chinese medicine dialectical understanding,the principle of action,and main clinical drug application and progress were concluded.It was concluded that the Warm Yang Jianpi method has a very good and stable long-term clinical observation effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Its main representative prescriptions are Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Jianpi Heweiwenyang Liji Decoction,and WuZhuyu Decoction,which have obvious broad clinical and development prospects of new drugs.
