眼针临床应用治疗疾病文献计量分析研究

摘　　要：目的分析近五年眼针治疗各类疾病的临床研究现状。方法系统检索CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库、Pubmed数据库、Cochranelibrary数据库关于眼针临床疗效研究的文献。结果该研究共纳入文献289篇,辽宁省是开展眼针临床研究最多的省份;治疗疾病种类27种;275项研究为临床随机对照试验,269项研究治疗组干预措施为眼针结合其他疗法;眼针八区十三穴在临床均有应用;根据患者疾病种类和病情轻重选取适合的留针方式与时间。结论眼针疗法适应病种广泛,治疗效果确切,操作方法简单,在中医理论的支持下,临床推广迅速。其中中风、痛证、不寐、面瘫的临床疗效确切,为优势病种,同时眼针疗法可以联合多种疗法应用,局限性较小,并且与这些疗法发挥协同作用。Objective To analyze the clinical research status of eye acupuncture in the treatment of various diseases in the past five years.Methods Systematicly search CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Pubmed,Cochranelibrary about eye acupuncture literature on treatments effectiveness.Results Totally,289 literatures were included in this study.Liaoning Province carried out the most clinical researches on eye acupuncture.27 kinds of diseases were used eye acupuncture in clinical practise.275 studies were randomized controlled trials,269 studies where the intervention group was eye acupuncture in combination with other therapies;All of the Eight Districts Thirteen Acupoints has clinical application.The appropriate method and time of retaining the needle should be selected according to the type and severity of the disease.Conclusion Eye acupuncture therapy has wide indications,definite therapeutic effect,simple operation method,and rapid clinical popularization under the support of traditional Chinese medicine theory.stroke,pain syndrome,insomnia and facial paralysis have definite clinical curative effects and are dominant diseases.Meanwhile,eye acupuncture therapy can be used in combination with other therapies,with less limitation and synergy with these therapies.
