摘  要:目的运用CiteSpace软件对近20年有限元分析法在腰椎中的相关文献进行可视化分析,阐述此领域的发展历程与当前的研究热点。方法在中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)及万方(Wanfang)数据库中检索2002年—2023年关于有限元技术在腰椎中应用的期刊文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件分别从发文量、作者、机构及关键词四个维度进行可视化分析并讨论。结果共纳入681篇文献,发文量分析显示,年度发文量呈现波动上升趋势,2021年达发文量峰值58篇。作者合作分析显示,本领域作者以张美超、张晓刚、靳安民等为核心作者团队。研究机构合作分析显示,发文机构以中医药院校及其附属医院为主,各机构间合作情况尚待加强。关键词共现图谱显示,共有336个关键词节点,以“生物力学”居首位;“腰椎”“有限元”“应力”为当前有限元分析法在腰椎领域的研究热点;聚类分为12类,突出了当前研究热点,包括腰椎有限元模型的构建、腰椎疾病的生物力学分析等方面。结论通过知识图谱直观展示了近20年有限元技术在腰椎中领域的研究进展和热点,亟待加强作者及机构间的紧密合作,深入挖掘有限元分析法在腰椎中应用的临床效果。Objective To visualize and analyze the literature related to finite element analysis in lumbar spine in the past 20 years using CiteSpace software,and to elaborate the development history and current research hotspots in this field.Methods Journal literature on the application of finite element technology in lumbar spine was searched from 2002 to 2023 in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases,and the CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to conduct a visual analysis and discussion of the literature in terms of the number of articles,authors,institutions and keywords,respectively.Results A total of 681 articles were included in the literature,and the analysis of the number of articles showed that the annual number of articles showed a fluctuating upward trend,reaching a peak of 58 articles in 2021.The analysis of authors'cooperation showed that the authors in this field were Meichao Zhang,Xiaogang Zhang,and Anmin Jin as the core author team.The analysis of research institutions'cooperation shows that Chinese medicine universities and their affiliated hospitals are the main issuing institutions,and the cooperation among institutions needs to be strengthened.The keyword co-occurrence map shows that there are 336 keyword nodes,with"biomechanics"in the first place;"lumbar spine","finite element",and"stress"are the current finite element nodes.The clustering is divided into 12 categories,highlighting the current research hotspots,including the construction of lumbar spine finite element model,biomechanical analysis of lumbar spine diseases and other aspects.Conclusion The research progress and hotspots of finite element technology in the field of lumbar spine in the past 20 years were visualized through knowledge mapping,and there is an urgent need to strengthen the close cooperation between authors and institutions,and to deeply excavate the clinical effects of the application of finite element analysis method in lumbar spine.
