从肠心轴多组学视域解析补肾中药复方防治动脉粥样硬化的研究策略

摘　　要：目的基于肠心轴多组学探讨补肾中药复方防治动脉粥样硬化(AS)的研究策略。AS是心脑血管事件的关键病理基础,与肠道稳态失衡、菌群代谢紊乱关系紧密。肠道与心血管之间构成相互影响且潜在联系的肠心轴通路,AS病理进程中存在双向肠道-肠道菌群-心血管轴。以宏基因组和代谢组学为代表的多组学技术于肠心轴研究中广泛应用,通过分析肠道微生物群落、代谢产物及宿主基因表达等多层面信息,深入探究AS的病因病机及药物作用靶点。补肾法为针对AS行之有效的临床治则,本虚标实乃AS病机之本。前期研究证实补肾中药复方可有效干预治疗AS,多组学技术于肠心轴研究中广泛应用。结论从肠心轴多组学视域进一步解析补肾中药复方防治AS的研究策略有其必要性。Objective Based on the intestinal cardioaxis,the research strategy of compound Chinese medicine for reinforcing kidneyin the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis(AS)is explored.AS is the key pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,which is closely related to intestinal homeostasis imbalance and microbiota metabolism disorders.The intestinal cardioaxis pathway between the gut and cardiovascular system is interrelated and potentially linked,and there is a bidirectional gut-gut-microbiota-cardiovascular axis in the pathological process of AS.Multi-omics technology,such as metagenomics and metabolomics,are widely used in the study of intestinal cardioaxis,which explore the etiology and pathogenesis of AS and drug targets by analyzing information from multiple levels such as gut microbiome,metabolites and host gene expression.Kidney tonic method is an effective clinical treatment for AS,and deficiency Ben and excessive Biao is actually the foundation of the pathogenesis of AS.Preliminary studies have confirmed that compound Chinese medicine for reinforcing kidney can effectively intervene and treat AS,and multi-omics technology has been widely used in intestinal cardioaxis research.Conclusion It is necessary to delvedeeperthe research strategy of compound Chinese medicine for reinforcing kidney for the prevention and treatment of AS from the perspective of multi-omics of the intestinal cardioaxis.
