基于气机调畅理论探究理气和血法在冠心病诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：随着中医药发展,研究发现气机失调对冠心病发生发展具有关键作用。中医认为冠心病为本虚标实之证,气机失调,气血不和,百病乃生。气机郁滞或气虚乏源,导致血行不畅,不通则痛;气血虚损,心脏失于濡养,不荣则痛。通过对冠心病气血辨证分型进行整理分析,明确在气机调畅理论的指导下理气和血法的应用疗效,证明了该治疗法则对于改善患者的临床症状、提高患者生活质量等效果显著,且应用广泛。Is an important development in traditional Chinese medicine.It is found that the dysregulation of qi movement plays a key role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that coronary heart disease is a syndrome of asthenia in origin and superficial tangible,and various diseases arise from the dysregulation of qi movement and imbalance of qi and blood.Qi stagnation and deficiency lead to poor blood flow in the heart,causing pain,while qi and blood deficiency causes pain due to the loss of heart nutrition.Through analysis of qi and blood syndrome differentiation in the treatment of coronary heart disease,the curative effect of the regulating qi and blood method under the guidance of the qi-ji regulation theory has been clarified.It is evident that this therapeutic principle significantly improves clinical symptoms and quality of life for patients,and is widely used.
