摘　　要：目的建立免疫亲和柱净化,高效液相色谱-荧光检测器进行蔓荆子药材中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量测定方法。方法样品采用90%乙腈作为提取溶剂,经免疫亲和柱净化、高效液相色谱柱分离、荧光检测器测定其中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量。结果玉米赤霉烯酮在0.526~2.63ng范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率在95.91~99.33%,相对标准偏差RSD≤1.5%。玉米赤霉烯酮的检出限为:10.03μg·kg^(-1)。结论该方法灵敏、准确,适用于蔓荆子药材中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测。Objective To establish the contamination method of Zeranols in ViticisFructus by immunoaffinity column clean-up and HPLC-FLD.Methods After extraction with 90%acetonitrile and purification by immunoaffinity columns,Zeranols in samples was analyzed by HPLC-FLD.Results The linearity of Zeranols was 0.526~2.63 ng(r=0.9999),and the recoveries were 95.91~99.33%with RSD≤1.5%.The detection limit of zearalenone was 10.03μg·kg^(-1).Conclusion The detection method is sensitive and accurate and suitable for the detection of zearalenone in ViticisFructus.
