摘　　要：带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染引起的一种急性疱疹性皮肤病,以皮肤损害和神经病理性疼痛为主要表现,严重影响患者身心健康及生活质量。近年来,大量文献显示耳穴疗法治疗带状疱疹在缩短疼痛持续时间、减少后遗神经痛发生率等方面具有较好疗效,因此耳穴疗法越来越被广泛地应用于临床治疗。该文针对带状疱疹的耳穴治疗方法进行了系统文献研究,通过分析总结耳穴压豆、耳部放血、耳穴揿针等方法治疗带状疱疹的治疗方案、临床疗效及作用机制,为治疗带状疱疹提供一定的临床依据。Herpes zoster is an acute herpetic dermatosis caused by varicella zoster virus infection,characterized by skin damage and neuropathic pain as the main manifestations,seriously affecting patients'physical and mental health and quality of life.In recent years,a large amount of literature has shown that auricular acupoint therapy for herpes zoster has better efficacy in shortening the duration of pain and reducing the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,so auricular acupoint therapy is being used more and more widely in the clinic.In this paper,auricular acupoint therapy for herpes zoster is systematically researched in the literature,analyzing and summarizing the therapeutic plan,clinical efficacy and mechanism of herpes zoster treated by ear-embedding,ear-bloodletting,ear-embedding needle,etc.,which can provide a certain clinical basis for the treatment of herpes zoster.
