摘　　要：经筋具有维络周身骨骼关节,主司人体运动,调节经脉的作用。手、足三阳经筋,依赖经脉气血的濡养,在保持形态和功能上发挥着不可替代的作用,分布于头面浅表部位,从而确保头面功能正常运转;若头面经筋损伤,在结聚之处形成结筋病灶点,闭塞经脉而阻碍气血运行,日久变生痤疮。该文从经筋的生理、病理角度出发,治疗围绕经筋“点-线-面-体”规律,采用审筋定位、舒筋解结、功法导引等方法,以期为临床治疗痤疮提供新的思路。The meridian sinew functions in maintaining the bone joints of the whole body,controlling body movement,and regulating meridians.The three yang meridians of the hands and feet depend on the nourishment of qi and blood from the meridians,and play an irreplaceable role in maintaining morphology and function.They are distributed in the superficial parts of the head and face,to ensure normal head and face function.If the head and face tendons are damaged,tendon lesions form at the junction,and the meridians are blocked,hindering qi and blood movement,which can become chronic.This paper,from a physiological and pathological tendon perspective,focuses on the'point-line-surface-body'law,adopting methods such as tendon positioning,relaxation,and knot release,exercise guidance,etc.,to provide new clinical treatment ideas for acne.
