常用虫类药治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病因其发病率高,预后差等原因,现已成为最严重的糖尿病微血管并发症之一。基于中医络病学说,认为糖尿病肾病多与久病络脉瘀阻密切相关。虫类药物多具有活血化瘀,搜风通络止痛等功效,现代研究证实虫类中药具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、保护微循环等功效,可有效减缓糖尿病肾病进展。现已证实常用虫类药在治疗糖尿病肾病方面展现出显著疗效。该文通过对常用虫类药物治疗糖尿病肾病的有效成分及药理学机制进行总结,以期为今后虫类中药治疗糖尿病肾病的进一步深入探索提供参考。Diabetic Kidney Disease has emerged as one of the most serious diabetic microvascular complications due to its high incidence and poor prognosis.As the primary cause of end-stage renal disease,treating Diabetic Kidney Disease is difficult,and existing treatment methods cannot completely inhibit or reverse disease progression.Therefore,identifying an effective treatment method for Diabetic Kidney Disease is particularly important.Based on the theory of TCM collateral disease,Diabetic Kidney Disease is closely related to chronic collateral pulse stasis.Insect drugs promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis,and relieve pain through collateral dredging.It has been proven that commonly used insect drugs show a significant effect in Diabetic Kidney Disease treatment.Summarizing effective ingredients and pharmacological mechanisms aids future exploration of Diabetic Kidney Disease.
