穴位贴敷在老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后康复治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷在老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后康复中的价值。方法选取2022年3月—2024年在医院接受胸腰椎压缩性骨折手术的84例老年患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗的基础上,增加穴位贴敷。比较两组患者术后疼痛评分、术后功能恢复程度、自我管理能力、生活质量、康复指数以及并发症发生率。结果从术后功能恢复方面比较,观察组患者功能恢复程度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。从自我管理能力方面比较,观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。从生活质量方面比较,观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。从康复指数方面比较,观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。从疼痛程度方面比较,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。从并发症发生率方面比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷应用于老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后康复治疗具有显著价值。它能够有效减轻患者术后疼痛,促进腰部功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the value of acupoint application in the rehabilitation of elderly thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients who underwent thoracolumbar compression fracture surgery in this orthopedic hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,while the observation group received conventional rehabilitation combined with acupoint application.The postoperative pain score,postoperative functional recovery,self-management ability,quality of life,rehabilitation index,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly improved postoperative functional recovery,self-management ability,quality of life,and rehabilitation index compared to the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the observation group had lower VAS pain scores and lower complication rates than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application has significant value in the rehabilitation treatment of elderly thoracolumbar compression fractures.It can effectively reduce postoperative pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
