外用冰黄肤乐软膏治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价外用冰黄肤乐软膏治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机对照临床研究。将60例丘疹性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组,每组30例。治疗组外涂冰黄肤乐软膏,对照组外涂无极膏,每日2次,治疗7 d。观察临床疗效、皮损评分、瘙痒评分、瘙痒次数,记录不良事件。采用非参数秩和检验和χ2检验进行疗效和安全性比较。结果治疗7 d后,治疗组有效率为90.00%(27/30),对照组有效率为73.33%(22/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,2组的皮损评分、瘙痒程度评分、瘙痒次数均下降(P<0.05),同时治疗组的皮损评分、瘙痒程度评分、瘙痒次数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无药物相关不良反应发生。结论外用冰黄肤乐软膏治疗丘疹性荨麻疹安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Binghuangfule Ointment in the treatment of papular urticaria.Methods Randomized controlled clinical study was conducted.From March 2022 to October 2023,60 patients with papular urticaria were recruited from Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 subjects in each.The treatment group was given Binghuangfule Ointment,and the control group Wuji Ointment,twice a day,for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,itching score,itching frequency,and adverse events were recorded.Nonparametric rank sum test and Chi-square test were used to compare the efficacy and safety of the 2 groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate was 90.00%(27/30)in the treatment group and 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the skin lesion score,pruritus score and itching times of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the skin lesion score,pruritus score and itching times of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Binghuangfule Ointment for external use is safe and effective in the treatment of papular urticaria.
