调心安神针法治疗心律失常临床经验

摘　　要：心律失常是由心脏电生理活动紊乱,引起心脏跳动的频率和节律异常,可见于各种器质性心脏病,是临床常见病和多发病。心律失常的病机为心气虚损、痰瘀互结、心神失养,治以调心安神。本团队根据心主神明理论,结合心之生理病理特点及形气神一体观,创立调心安神针法,取穴灵台、神道、内关、百会,从调气、调形、调神论治心律失常,疗效显著。结合临床病例对应用调心安神针法治疗心律失常的辨治思路进行介绍。Arrhythmia is caused by the disorder of heart electrophysiological activity,resulting in the abnormalities of heartbeat frequency and rhythm.It can be seen in various organic heart diseases and is a common clinical complaint and frequently-occurring condition.The pathogenesis of arrhythmia was deficiency of heart-qi,blockade of phlegm and blood stasis,and the lack of spirit preservation.According to the theory of“the heart controlling the mind”,and combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of the heart and the concept of the trinity of physique,qi and spirit,our team invented the Heart-Regulating and Mind-Calming Acupuncture technique,selecting Lingtai(GV10),Shendao(GV11),Neiguan(PC6)and Baihui(GV20),and achieved desirable outcomes in the treatment of arrhythmia by regulating qi,physique and mind.Combined with the clinical case,the article introduces the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of arrhythmia with the Heart-Regulating and Mind-Calming Acupuncture technique.
