学科导向的文献资源采编一体化转型探索——以北京大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]推进学科导向的采编一体化改革,探索文献资源建设转型发展的创新路径对于推动高校图书馆高质量发展、助力高校“双一流”建设具有重要意义。[方法/过程]从高校图书馆文献资源建设的现状入手,首先探讨北大图书馆在顶层设计机制下文献资源采编一体化的发展战略和组织架构,进而深入分析其学科导向的采编一体化流程重组框架及创新路径。[结果/结论]在发展战略指导下,北大图书馆通过组织结构改革和馆员队伍建设建立学科导向的采编一体化组织架构,并从内部流程、供应端和服务端入手进行学科导向的采编一体化流程重组。构建采编一体化协同机制、打通学科资源与服务流程、培养高素质学科采编馆员等是北大图书馆文献资源采编一体化转型的重要特点。[Purpose/Significance]It is of great significance to promote the integration reform of subject-oriented acquisition and cataloging,explore the innovative path of collection development transformation for promoting the high-quality development of academic libraries,and supporting the construction of“Double First Class”universities.[Method/Process]Starting from the current situation of collection development in academic libraries,this paper first explored the development strategy and organization structure of the integration of collection acqui sition and cataloging under the top-level design mechanism in Peking University Library,and then deeply analyzed the reengineering framework and innovation paths of the integration of subject-oriented acquisition and cataloging.[Result/Conclusion]Under the guidance of the development strategy,Peking University Library establishes an integration organization structure of subject-oriented acquisition and cataloging through the reform and librarian team building,and conducts business process reengineering from the internal process,the supply side and the service side for the integration of subject-oriented acquisition and cataloging.The important characteristics of the integration transformation of collection acquisition and cataloging in Peking University Library are the cooperation mechanism on the integration of acquisition and cataloging,the subject resources and service process,and high-quality librari ans for subject acquisition and cataloging.
