摘  要:通过简便的水热方法制备了Eu3+功能化的DUT-52型MOF(Eu/DUT-52),并将其用于黄曲霉素B1(AFB1)的荧光检测。Eu/DUT-52利用Eu3+的特征发射作为内部校正的参比信号,同时利用DUT-52的荧光强度随AFB1浓度增加而增加的特点,实现AFB1的灵敏、准确和可视化的检测。本文对Eu/DUT-52的结构、发光性能、检测性能进行了详细的表征和分析,AFB1的线性范围为0~1μg·mL^(-1),检出限为2 ng·mL^(-1),并在实际样品薏米中验证了其检测效果,回收率为93.50%~99.74%。Eu~(3+)-functionalized DUT-52 MOF(Eu/DUT-52)was prepared through a simple hydrothermal method and applied for the fluorescence detection of aflatoxin B1(AFB1).Eu/DUT-52 utilizes the characteristic emission of Eu~(3+)as an internal reference signal for calibration.Simultaneously,it takes advantage of the feature that the fluorescence intensity of DUT-52 increases with the concentration of AFB1,resulting in sensitive,accurate and visual detection of AFB1.This study provides a detailed characterization and analysis of the structure,luminescent properties,and detection performance of Eu/DUT-52.The linear range for AFB1 detection is0~1μg·mL^(-1),with a detection limit of 2 ng·mL^(-1).The effectiveness of the detection was validated in actual samples of coix seed sample,showing recovery yields ranging from 93.50%to 99.74%.
