摘 要:一步法构建自支撑电极,可以减少多步修饰过程中造成的误差,提高传感器的重复性和可控性。本文采用阴极沉积法在光滑铜电极表面一步制备纳米多孔CuS/Cu自支撑电极并用于葡萄糖的无酶传感,时间仅需100 s;详细考查了沉积时间和电解液浓度对葡萄糖电催化氧化性能的影响。结果表明,所构建的自支撑纳米多孔CuS/Cu电极对葡萄糖有良好的催化氧化性能,具有宽的线性范围(0.002~10.11 mmol/L),高的灵敏度(灵敏度为2439.7μA·mmol·L^(-1)·cm-^(2)),低的检测限0.06μmol/L(S/N=3),且该传感器具有良好的抗干扰能力和长期的贮存稳定性(18周),对葡萄糖注射液含量的检测效果良好。One-step method to construct self-supporting electrodes can reduce errors caused by multi-step modification processes and improve the repeatability and controllability of sensors.In this study,a self-supporting nano-porous CuS/Cu electrode was one-step fabricated from smooth Cu electrode by cathodic deposition method and uses it for enzyme-free sensing of glucose.The fabrication time is just 100 s.The effects of deposition time and electrolyte concentration on the electrocatalytic oxidation performance of glucose were investigated in detail.The self-supporting nano-porous CuS/Cu electrode showed brilliant catalytic oxidation performance of glucose,with a wide linear range(0.002~10.11 mmol/L)and favorable sensitivity(sensitivity of 2439.7μA·mmol·L~(-1)·cm~(-^(2))),low detection limit of 0.06μmol/L(S/N=3),and this sensor has good anti-interference ability and long-term storage stability(18 weeks),with good detection effect on the content of glucose injection.
