摘 要:本文以硝酸盐为金属源,NaOH为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备MAl2O4(M=Zn,Mg,Cu,Co,Ni)系列尖晶石型催化剂。采用XRD、NH3-TPD、N2吸-脱附、SEM等技术对催化剂进行表征。采用MAl_(2)O_(4)催化γ-丁内酯(GBL)和甲胺水溶液(40%)合成N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP),考察了催化剂元素组成、反应温度、物料摩尔比、质量空速对NMP收率的影响。结果表明:MgAl_(2)O_(4)尖晶石催化效果最佳,在优化条件:反应温度280℃、质量空速0.5 h-1物料摩尔比为1:1.3、压力2 MPa下,NMP收率为99.14%,选择性高达99.63%。MAl_(2)O_(4)(M=Zn,Mg,Cu,Co,Ni)series spinel catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method with nitrate as metal source and NaOH as precipitant.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD,N_2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,and other techniques.The synthesis of N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)fromγ-butyrolactone and methylamine aqueous solution catalyzed by MgAl_(2)O_(4) was studied,and the effects of catalyst element composition,reaction temperature,material molar ratio,mass space velocity and reaction pressure on NMP yield were investigated.The results indicated that the MgAl_(2)O_(4) spinel exhibited the best catalytic effect.Under the optimized conditions of reaction temperature at 280℃,mass space velocity of 0.5 h^(-1),material molar ratio of 1:1.3,and pressure of 2 MPa,the yield of NMP was 99.14%,and the selectivity was as high as 99.63%.
