摘 要:本文采用溶剂热和电沉积相结合的方法制备了三氧化钨/聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)(WO_(3)/PEDOT)核壳纳米线阵列薄膜,对实验样品进行表面结构表征、电化学性能测试和电致变色性能测试。测试显示WO_(3)/PEDOT纳米线阵列直径约为15-55 nm。透射电子显微镜表征结果证实WO_(3)/PEDOT纳米线阵列薄膜为核壳结构,X射线衍射花样和拉曼光谱证明核壳结构为六方相的WO_(3)核与非晶PEDOT薄壳层所组成。循环伏安曲线显示WO_(3)/PEDOT纳米线的电化学反应为扩散控制过程。WO_(3)/PEDOT纳米线在波长为633 nm处获得了对比度为78.2%、着色时间为4.6 s、褪色时间为2.0 s以及着色效率为78.6 cm^(2)/C的优异特性,由于核与壳层结构之间的协同作用,使得复合结构的变色响应速度和循环稳定性获得了显著的提升,在智能显示、节能窗等领域具有潜在的应用前景。In this paper,tungsten trioxide(W03)subcrystalline layers were synthesized by magnetron sputtering,W03 nanowire films were prepared by solvothermal method and tungsten trioxide/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(WO_(3)/PEDOT)core-shell nanowire array films were prepared by electrochemical deposition.The surface structure,electrochemical properties and electrochromic properties were investigated.Results reveal that the diameter of WO_(3)/PEDOT nanowire array is about 15-55 nm.The core-shell structure of WO_(3)/PEDOT nanowire array films is proved by transmission electron microscope.X-ray diffraction and Raman spectra show that WO_(3)is hexagonal phase and PEDOT layer is amorphous.The cyclic voltammetry curves show that the electrochemical reaction of WO3/PEDOT nanowires is a diffusion-controlled process.At a wavelength of 633 nm,the WO_(3)/PEDOT nanowires exhibit a contrast ratio of 78.2%,with a coloring time of 4.6 s,a fading time of 2.0 s,and a coloring efficiency of 78.6 cm^(2)/C,which is significantly shorter than the response time of WO_(3)nanowires array.
