直距翠雀花的生物碱成分研究

摘  要:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱等分离技术对毛茛科(Ranunculaceae)植物直距翠雀花(Delphinium orthocentrum Franchet)的生物碱类成分进行分离与纯化,并通过核磁共振波谱技术对所分离化合物进行结构鉴定。从直距翠雀花的全草分离和鉴定了9个生物碱类成分,包括7个牛扁碱型C19-二萜生物碱:swinanine A(1)、deacetylswinanine A(2)、tatsiensine(3)、elasine(4)、6-deoxydeltaline(5)、grandifloline C(6)、牛扁碱(7),1个阿朴菲类异喹啉生物碱:木兰碱(8),和1个酰胺化合物2-(acetylamino)benzoic acid,methyl ester(9)。其中化合物3~9首次从该种中鉴定。Separation methods including column chromatography with silica gel and sephadex,and prepared high performance liquid chromatography were applied to isolate and purify the alkaloidal constituents from Delphinium orthocentrum Franchet(Ranunculaceae).Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy was adopted to identify the structures of the isolated compounds.Nine alkaloids were isolated and identified from this plant,including seven C19-lycaconitine type diterpenoid alkaloids swinanine A(1)、deacetylswinanine A(2),tatsiensine(3),elasine(4),6-deoxydeltaline(5),grandifloline C(6),lycoconitine(7),one aporphine-type isoquinoline alkaloid magnoline(8),and one amide alkaloid 2-(acetylamino)benzoic acid,methyl ester(9).Among them,compounds 3~9 were identified in this species for the first time.
