摘  要:开发了一种用于自来水中羟基乙叉二膦酸(1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid,HEDP)含量测定的液相色谱方法。采用Shim-pack Scepter Diol-HILIC-120色谱柱分析,蒸发光散射检测器(evaporative light scattering detector,ELSD)进行检测。水相采用0.2 mol·L^(-1)的甲酸铵(pH 3.0),有机相采用乙腈,梯度洗脱。在优化条件下,HEDP峰形良好,可在16 min内完成测定,且和自来水中的干扰离子完全分离。在10.0~500.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数大于0.995。HEDP的检出限为2.20 mg·L^(-1),定量限为7.35 mg·L^(-1)。HEDP在3个不同水平的加标回收率和相对标准偏差(RSDs)范围分别为87.1%~105%和1.4%~4.4%。该方法可为自来水中HEDP的含量测定提供参考。A liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid(HEDP)in tap water.The analysis was performed on a Shim-pack Scepter Diol-HILIC-120 column with an evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD).The aqueous phase was 0.2 mol·L^(-1)ammonium formate(pH 3.0)and the organic phase was acetonitrile with gradient elution.Under the optimized conditions,the HEDP peak shape was good,and the determination could be completed within16 min,and it was completely separated from the interfering ions in tap water.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 10.0~500.0 mg·L^(-1)with the linear correlation coefficients greater than 0.995.The limits of detection(LOD)for HEDP were 2.20 mg·L^(-1),and the limits of quantification(LOQ)were 7.35 mg·L^(-1).The spiked recoveries and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of HEDP at the three different levels were in the ranges of 87.1%~105%and 1.4%~4.4%,respectively.The method can provide a reference for the determination of HEDP in tap water.
