摘 要:以4-溴三苯胺、5-甲醛基呋喃-2-硼酸和(3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯亚基)丙二腈为原料,设计合成了一种检测HClO的比率荧光探针TPM。该探针与次氯酸反应后,探针溶液的荧光由原有的红色变为蓝绿色,发生了显著蓝移,推测其原因可能是由于探针被次氯酸氧化生成了新的化合物。质谱分析和密度泛函理论验证了以上推测。此外,紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱实验结果证实,探针TPM对次氯酸有良好的选择性和较高的灵敏度,最低检出限为43 nmol·L^(-1)。最后,通过样品加标回收实验证实,探针TPM可用于多种环境水样中次氯酸定量检测,表明其在环境检测领域有一定的应用价值。In this paper,a ratiometric fluorescent probe for HClO detection was designed and synthesized from 4-bromide,5-formaldehyde furan-2-boron acid and 2-(3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-ylidene)malononitrile.After reaction with hypochlorite,the fluorescence of the probe changed from red to cyan with a significant blue shift.It is possible that the probe was oxidized by hypochlorite to produce a new compound.Mass spectrometry analysis and density functional theory verified the above speculation and explained the reaction mechanism of the probe and hypochlorous acid.Moreover,the ability of probe TPM to detect hypochlorous acid was studied by UV-visible absorption spectrometry and fluorescence spectrometry.The experimental results proved that TPM had high selectivity and sensitivity for hypochlorous acid,and the limit of detection was measured to be 43 nmol·L^(-1).Finally,it was confirmed that the probe can be used for quantitative detection of hypochloric acid in a variety of environmental water samples,indicating that it has certain application value in the field of environmental detection.
