摘 要:采用水溶解冷沉降低银杏叶提取物中有毒成分银杏酸含量,既降低银杏叶提取物产品中银杏酸的含量,又保留了其黄酮、萜内酯有效成分,提高银杏叶提取物安全性。采用水溶解银杏叶提取物,冷沉降低银杏酸,分别对冷沉温度、冷沉时间、是否微滤对银杏叶提取物中银杏酸降低效果进行研究。将银杏叶提取物按料液比1:10加水加热溶解,至料液温度至3℃,冷沉24 h,经0.45μm微滤处理,所得银杏叶提取物中银杏酸含量可低于0.20mg·kg^(-1)。Using water dissolution and cold precipitation to reduce the toxic component ginkgolic acid content in Ginkgo biloba leaf extract,not only reduces ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo biloba leaf extract products,but also retains its effective components of flavonoids and terpenoids,improving the safety of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract.Using water-soluble Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and cold precipitation to reduce ginkgolic acid,the effects of cold precipitation temperature,time,and filtration on reducing ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo biloba leaf extract were studied.Process parameters for reducing ginkgolic acid by cold precipitation:Ginkgo biloba leaf extract is dissolved in water at a ratio of 1:10,heated and refrigerated for more than 24 hours until the temperature of the material reaches 3℃,and then filtered through a 0.45μm microfiltration membrane.The content of ginkgolic acid in the obtained Ginkgo biloba leaf extract can be less than 0.20mg·kg^(-1).
