摘  要:为解决大型露天煤矿工程施工现场人力成本高、质量控制难、设备协调差、管理效率低等问题,提出了基于北斗智能导航的露天煤矿数字施工信息化管理平台。平台应用多元异构信息融合处理技术与空地一体化三维测量和精细化施工机械控制技术,实现了大规模露天煤矿高精度自动化施工和信息化管理;结合搭建的导航定位软硬件模块,实现了不同应用场景下低动态高精度融合定位。现场实践表明:该平台可有效提升露天煤矿施工全过程的管控、异常行为监控及预警,提高施工作业的自动化水平,降低施工风险,节约施工的人力成本。In order to solve the problems of high labor costs,difficult quality control,poor equipment coordination,and low management efficiency in the construction site of large open-pit coal mines,a digital construction information management platform for open-pit coal mines based on Beidou intelligent navigation is proposed.The platform applies diverse and heterogeneous information fusion processing technology,as well as integrated three-dimensional measurement and fine construction machinery control technology,to achieve high-precision automated construction and information management of large-scale open-pit coal mines.By combining the navigation positioning software and hardware modules built,low dynamic and high-precision fusion positioning has been achieved in different application scenarios.The on-site practical application,it has been shown that this platform can effectively improve the control,abnormal behavior monitoring and early warning of the entire construction process of open-pit coal mines,improve the automation level of construction operations,reduce construction risks,save construction labor costs.
