摘  要:为了充分挖掘露天煤矿设备的生产潜力,降低生产成本,依托于我国社会的持续发展及各行各业对煤炭资源日益增长的需求,实现高效与可持续的发展,立足于现有设备的现状,积极探索提升设备的作业效率。基于我国大型露天矿的生产经验,从穿爆、采掘、运输3个重要生产环节,分析了影响露天煤矿设备作业效率的主要因素及相应的应对策略。结果表明:提高爆破质量、选择合理的爆破储备量、合理优化设备的配置、提高操作人员的技能水平、加强设备的维护和保养等,将各环节的应对措施落实到生产实践中,对提高企业的经济效益和社会效益有非常积极的作用。In order to fully tap the production potential of open-pit coal mine equipment and reduce the production cost,based on the sustainable development of our society and the increasing demand for coal resources from all walks of life,we realize the high-efficiency and sustainable development of open-pit coal mine.Base on the present situation of the existing equipment,we actively explore how to improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.Based on the production experience of our country's large-scale open-pit coal mine,this article analyzes the main factors affecting the operation efficiency of the equipment in open-pit coal mine and the corresponding countermeasures from the three important production processes of blasting,mining,and transportation.The results show that the blasting quality can be improved,the quantity of blasting reserve can be selected reasonably,the equipment configuration can be optimized reasonably,the skill level of operators can be improved,and the maintenance of equipment can be strengthened,the implementation of the corresponding measures in each link to the production practice,which have a very positive role to improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises.
