精细化管理在内蒙古东明露天矿中的应用

摘　　要：为了提升东明露天煤矿的管理水平,在分析了东明露天煤矿精细化管理的目的基础上;从生产作业重组、建立QC小组、制定6大精细化管理模块、通过科技管理创新提升管理水平4个方面介绍了实施精细化管理的做法与成效;并从组织管理精细化、生产管理精细化、行为管理精细化、成本管理精细化、制度管理精细化5个方面给出了东明露天矿进一步完善精细化管理的对策。In order to improve the management level of Dongming Open-pit Coal Mine,on the basis of analyzing the purpose of refined management of Dongming Open-pit Coal Mine,this article introduces the practices and achievements of implementing refined management from four aspects of restructuring production operations,establishing QC teams,developing six major refined management modules and improving management level through technological management innovation,and gives strategies for further improving refined management in Dongming Open-pit Mine from five aspects of refined organizational management,refined production management,refined behavior management,refined cost management,and refined institutional management.
