摘 要:车门的装配精度直接影响整车的外观质量。以车身坐标系为基准,车门在X、Z向的偏差会影响车门与车身的间隙,在Y向的偏差会影响车门与车身的面差。如果不考虑焊接、包边带来的精度波动,车门装具的定位方案会影响装配精度以及后续的调整工作量。从铰链装配到车门、铰链装配到车身两个维度介绍车门装配的定位原理,对各个装配方案的优缺点进行对比和分析,并针对现场生产制造过程中出现的问题提出优化方案,最终有效地解决了实际生产制造问题。The assembly accuracy of the car door directly affects the appearance quality of the entire vehicle.Based on the vehicle coordinate system,the deviation of the car door in the X and Z directions affects the clearance between car door and body,and the deviation in the Y direction affects the surface difference between car door and body.If the accuracy fluctuations caused by welding and edging are not considered,the positioning plan of the car door assembly directly affects the assembly accuracy and subsequent adjustment workload.Introduces the positioning principle of door assembly from two dimensions:hinge assembly to door and hinge assembly to vehicle body.It compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various assembly schemes,and proposing optimization solutions for problems that arise during on-site production and manufacturing processes,ultimately effectively solving practical production and manufacturing problems.
