摘  要:针对8米纯电动客车的低压电气系统设计与实现进行了全面优化。通过详细分析低压电气系统的构成与架构设计,采用CAN总线架构和模块化设计思想,提升了系统的可维护性和可扩展性。在配电系统设计方面,严格遵循国家标准,对安全技术要求与实现进行了全面梳理,并选用了匹配的低压蓄电池和DC/DC转换器,设计了智能充电管理系统。同时,对低压线束的选型、防护策略、固定与标识规范等方面进行了深入研究,有效提升了线束的性能和安全性。研究成果为纯电动客车的电气系统设计提供了有现实价值的参考和借鉴。This paper comprehensively optimizes the design and implementation of the low-voltage electrical system for 8-meter pure electric buses.Through a detailed analysis of the composition and architectural design of the low-voltage electrical system,the CAN bus architecture and modular design concept are adopted,enhancing the maintainability and scalability of the system.In terms of the design of the power distribution system,strict adherence to national standards is ensured,and comprehensive review the requirements and implementation of safety technical.Appropriate lowvoltage batteries and DC/DC converters are selected,and an intelligent charging management system is designed.At the same time,in-depth research has been conducted on the selection of wires for the low-voltage wiring harness,protection strategies,and specifications for fixation and identification,effectively improving the performance and safety of the wiring harness.The research results of this article provide valuable references and lessons for the design of electrical systems for pure electric buses.
