摘　　要：浅谈蚌式发动机罩普遍存在的一个难以解决的问题,即发动机罩打开瞬间,其后角会出现点头的情况,导致后角与翼子板产生干涉,轻微时有异响,严重时会划伤漆面。通过系统性分析,总结产生此问题的4个因素:四连杆铰链布置形式、四连杆铰链结构刚度、四连杆孔销轴配合、发动机罩扭转刚度。根据车型具体分析问题产生的原因并进行有针对性的改善,以解决此类问题。A common and difficult-to-solve problem with mussel hood is that when the hood is opening,the rear corner will nod,causing interference between the rear corner and the fender,which can produce abnormal noise in minor cases and scratch the paint surface in serious cases.Through systematic analysis,five reasons for this problem are summarized:four-link hinge arrangement,four-link hinge structural stiffness,fourlink hole pin matching,hood torsional stiffness.Analyze the causes of the problem according to the specific problems of each model and make targeted improvements to solve such problems.
