摘  要:弱精子症以精子活动力低下为主要表现,是导致男性不育症的主要原因。线粒体是细胞的能量代谢中心,可通过氧化磷酸化合成三磷酸腺苷(ATP),为精子运动提供能量。众多的研究表明以线粒体氧化损伤、线粒体膜电位紊乱、线粒体蛋白质表达异常和线粒体超微结构改变为主要特征的线粒体功能障碍与弱精子症发病密切相关。弱精子症是中医学治疗的优势病种之一,近年来中医药通过多成分、多靶点、多机制改善线粒体功能障碍进而治疗弱精子症的相关研究取得一定进展,但目前国内外尚缺乏中医药对该领域的系统性回顾与总结。故本文对线粒体功能障碍在弱精子症中的研究进展以及中药复方在该领域的相关研究进行总结性梳理,以期为中医药防治弱精子症提供更多参考及思路。Asthenozoospermia is mainly characterized by low sperm motility and is the main cause of male infertility.Mitochondria are the energy metabolism centers of cells,which can synthesize adenosine triphosphate(ATP)through oxidative phosphorylation for providing energy for sperm movement.Numerous studies have shown that mitochondrial dysfunction,characterized by mitochondrial oxidative damage,mitochondrial membrane potential disorder,abnormal mitochondrial protein expression,and changes in mitochondrial ultrastructure,is closely related to the pathogenesis of asthenozoospermia.Asthenozoospermia is one of the advantageous diseases in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made certain progress in improving mitochondrial dysfunction and treating asthenozoospermia through multiple components,targets,and mechanisms.However,there is currently a lack of systematic review and summary of traditional Chinese medicine in this field both domestically and internationally.Therefore,this article summarizes the research progress of mitochondrial dysfunction in asthenozoospermia and the related research of traditional Chinese medicine compound formulas in this field,in order to provide more references and ideas for the prevention and the treatment of asthenozoospermia with traditional Chinese medicine.
