摘 要:自噬是一种进化上保守的细胞重编程机制,存在于所有真核生物中。睾丸中几种主要细胞的自噬,不仅对睾丸精子发生具有重要意义,而且参与调控睾丸支持细胞和间质细胞的生物学功能。睾丸由体细胞(支持细胞和间质细胞)和生殖细胞组成。睾丸支持细胞(SCs)与血睾屏障之间的紧密连接有助于为SCs提供营养和空间支持,并使其成为生殖细胞数量的主要决定因素。同时,睾丸间质细胞(LCs)则通过内分泌调节精子发生。自噬几乎参与了上述所有过程。本文综述了睾丸主要细胞的自噬及其在精子发生和睾丸内分泌中的作用。Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved cellular reprogramming mechanism that is present in all eukaryotes.Autophagy of several types of major testicular cells not only plays an important role in testicular spermatogenesis,but also contribute to regulating the biological functions of testicular supporting cells and stromal cells.The testes are composed of somatic cells,including sertoli cells(SCs)and Leydig cells(LCs),and germ cells.The tight connection between SCs and the blood-testis barrier helps SCs provide nutritional and spatial support and makes them a major determinant of germ cell numbers.At the same time,LCs regulate spermatogenesis through endocrine.Autophagy is involved in almost all of these processes.This article reviews the autophagy of major testicular cells and its role in spermatogenesis and testis endocrinology.
