摘 要:为解决分布式光伏系统电能质量评估中多维指标权重计算的问题,基于国家标准对电能质量指标进行等级划分,提出了改进遗传投影寻踪法和改进层次分析法,分别用于确定电能质量评价模型中的客观权重和主观权重。通过将主客观权重进行组合,获得最终的综合权重。采用边界值计算划分等级区间,并对从分布式光伏系统采集的5组电能数据进行了电能质量评估。结果表明:河北省电力机械装备健康维护与失效预防重点实验室分布式光伏系统的电能质量管理水平良好;系统稳定性较高;相比基于熵值法和改进层次分析法生成的主客观复合权重的电能质量综合评估模型,基于改进遗传投影寻踪法和改进层次分析法生成的主客观复合权重的电能质量综合评估模型更具有科学性和实用性。研究结果对于维持电网稳定、保护用电设备、提高电网整体用电安全具有重要意义。In order to solve the problem of weight calculation of multi-dimensional indicators in power quality evaluation of distributed photovoltaic system,power quality indicators are classified based on national standards,and improved genetic projection tracing method and improved analytic hierarchy process are proposed to determine the objective weight and subjective weight of power quality evaluation model,respectively.By combining subjective and objective weights,the final comprehensive weight is obtained.Then,the boundary value calculation is used to divide the grade interval,and the power quality assessment is carried out on the five groups of power data collected from the distributed photovoltaic system.The results show that the power quality management level of distributed photovoltaic system in Hebei Key Laboratory of Power Machinery Equipment Health Maintenance and Failure Prevention is good;High system stability;Compared with the power quality comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy method and improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the power quality comprehensive evaluation model based on improved genetic projection tracing method and improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is more scientific and practical.The research results are of great significance for maintaining the stability of power grid,protecting power equipment and improving the overall safety of power grid.
