阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液鼻腔雾化吸入治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究鼻窦炎采取阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入诊疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年01月~2023年01月就诊于我院的鼻窦炎患者研究,总例数68例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法,治疗组基于对照组基础采取布地奈德混悬液吸入,比较治疗效果:治疗有效率、症状改善效果、炎性因子及不良反应。结果①治疗有效率:治疗组有效率,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②症状改善效果:治疗组黏液纤毛清除率较对照组高,鼻腔黏膜纤毛传输用时、疼痛较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③炎性因子:治疗组C反应蛋白、白介素-6,较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④不良反应:两组不良反应(鼻腔干燥、头痛等)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论鼻窦炎采取阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入诊疗效果确切,可提高鼻黏膜纤毛功能,抑制炎性效应,改善临床症状,且联合用药未有显著不良反应,值得借鉴。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with Budesonide suspension nebulized inhalation in the diagnosis and treatment of sinusitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with sinusitis from January 2020 to 20232001 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy,and the control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy,the treatment group was treated with Budesonide suspension inhalation on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic efficacy,symptom improvement,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared.Results the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),@the effect of symptom improvement:the mucociliary clearance rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);inflammatory factors:c-reactive protein and Interleukin-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),adverse reactions:there was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions(dry nasal cavity,headache,etc.)(P>0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of sinusitis.It can improve ciliary function of nasal mucosa,inhibit inflammatory effect and improve clinical symptoms,and the combined use of drugs without significant adverse reactions,it is worth learning.
