鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗方法的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗方法的应用效果。方法选取本院于2021年7月至2023年7月收治的鼻部美容整形手术患者70例,对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),对照组鼻部美容整形手术患者采用开放整形手术,观察组鼻部美容整形手术患者采用闭合整形手术,对比两组鼻部美容整形手术患者的临床治疗效果、鼻功能指标、生活质量评分、美容效果评分、并发症。结果观察组(闭合整形手术)鼻部美容整形手术患者总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组(开放整形手术)的77.14%(P<0.05)。观察组(闭合整形手术)鼻部美容整形手术患者鼻腔阻力、鼻腔纤毛运动速率分别为0.16±0.03(Pa/cm^(3))、8.38±0.94(mm/min),与对照组(开放整形手术)的0.21±0.04(Pa/cm^(3))、7.92±1.08(mm/min)比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组(闭合整形手术)鼻部美容整形手术患者QOL量表、NSS量表评分分别为92.70±2.62(分)、8.82±0.62(分),高于对照组(开放整形手术)的85.41±3.28(分)、8.04±0.58(分),对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组(闭合整形手术)鼻部美容整形手术患者延迟愈合、血运障碍、支架部分吸收总发生率为2.86%,低于对照组(开放整形手术)的17.14%,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论鼻部美容整形患者在闭合整形手术治疗方法下的应用效果显著优于开放整形手术,因此闭合整形手术更具推广价值。Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive surgical treatment methods for nasal cosmetic and plastic surgery.Method A total of 70 patients with nasal cosmetic and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected,including a control group(35 cases)and an observation group(35 cases).The control group received open plastic surgery for nasal cosmetic and plastic surgery,while the observation group received closed plastic surgery.The clinical treatment effects,nasal function indicators,quality of life scores,and cosmetic effect scores of the two groups of patients with nasal cosmetic and plastic surgery were compared Complications.Result The total effective rate of patients undergoing nasal cosmetic surgery in the observation group(closed plastic surgery)was 94.29%,higher than 77.14%in the control group(open plastic surgery)(P<0.05).The nasal resistance and ciliary movement rate of the observation group(closed plastic surgery)were 0.16±0.03(Pa/cm^(3))and 8.38±0.94(mm/min),respectively,compared to the control group(open plastic surgery)with a significant difference of 0.21±0.04(Pa/cm^(3))and 7.92±1.08(mm/min)(P<0.05).The QOL and NSS scores of patients undergoing nasal cosmetic surgery in the observation group(closed plastic surgery)were 92.70±2.62(points)and 8.82±0.62(points),respectively,which were higher than the 85.41±3.28(points)and 8.04±0.58(points)of the control group(open plastic surgery).The difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of delayed healing,blood flow disorders,and partial stent absorption in patients undergoing nasal cosmetic surgery in the observation group(closed plastic surgery)was 2.86%,lower than 17.14%in the control group(open plastic surgery).The difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of closed plastic surgery in patients with nasal cosmetic surgery is significantly better than that of open plastic surgery,so closed plastic surgery has more promotion
