布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法将80例变应性鼻炎患者进行研究,分别来自2022年1月-12月收入,随机分为两组均40例,对照组开展常规药物干预,研究组加用布地奈德鼻喷雾治疗,观察两组鼻炎症状以及炎症因子水平变化。结果两组治疗前各项鼻炎症状、治疗前IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-5、IL-10水平、生活质量评分比较,P>0.05;随访3个月研究组鼻炎症状评分低于对照组;随访3个月研究组IFN-γ、IL-10高于对照组,IL-4、IL-5低于对照组,术后3个月研究组生活质量评分得分更低,P<0.05。结论变应性鼻炎实施布地奈德鼻喷雾治疗后,可有效缓解患者相关症状,使得各项炎症水平明显降低,生活质量明显好转,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 80 patients with allergic rhinitis from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(N=40)and control group(N=40),the study group was treated with Budesonide nasal spray,and the changes of rhinitis symptoms and inflammatory factors were observed.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-5,II-10 and quality of life before treatment(P>0.05)After 3-month follow-up,the levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The scores of quality of life in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 3-month follow-up(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of Budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,make the levels of inflammation significantly reduced,quality of life significantly improved,it is worth using.
