布地奈德喷鼻辅助鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的疗效及对患者嗅觉功能/炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究布地奈德喷鼻辅助鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的疗效及对患者嗅觉功能、炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2022年11月本院收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30例,在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗)和对照组(n=30例,采用鼻内镜手术治疗),两组均观察至术后12周。对比两组临床疗效、嗅觉功能、炎症因子水平。结果观察组临床总有效率96.66%(29/30),高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组气味识别能力(13.57±1.6年)分、气味辨别能力(13.89±1.24)分、气味感觉阈值(13.84±0.87)分及总分(41.58±2.32)评分,高于对照组,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(115.42±8.98)pg/mL、白介素-6(IL-6)(13.49±2.18)pg/mL,低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者中应用布地奈德喷鼻辅助鼻内镜手术治疗疗效确切,能够改善患者嗅觉功能及炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the curative effect of budesonide and its effect on olfactory function and inflammatory factor level.Methods 60 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted from January 2019 to November 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,it was divided into observation group(n=30 cases,treated with budesonide nasal spray to the control group)and control group(n=30 cases,treated with nasal endoscopic surgery),and both groups were observed until 12 weeks after surgery.Clinical efficacy,olfactory function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical response rate of the observation group was 96.66%(29/30),Higher than that in the control group,Statistical difference(P<0.05);post-treatment,Observation group odor recognition ability(13.57±1.62),odor discrimination ability(13.89±1.24),odor sensory threshold(13.84±0.87)and total score(41.58±2.32),Higher than that in the control group,TNF-α(TNF-α)(115.42±8.98)pg/mL,interleukin-6(IL-6)(13.49±2.18)pg/mL,Lower than that in the control group,There were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide uses nasal endoscopy and can improve olfactory function and inflammatory factors.
