低温等离子消融术治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大采取低温等离子消融术的效果与价值。方法选择2018年01月至2022年07月在我院接受治疗的扁桃体腺样体肥大患儿60例作为观察目标,按照治疗方式不同划分对照组(不愿接受手术治疗,选择药物保守治疗,30例)与观察组(低温等离子消融术,30例),对照组患儿治疗方案采取药物保守治疗;观察组患儿治疗方案采取低温等离子消融术;对比治疗效果,分别记录两组患儿疾病症状改善用时情况,对两组患儿治疗后睡眠质量进行对比。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(p<0.05),术后观察组患儿鼻塞流涕、黏膜水肿、黏膜上皮化用时均明显短于对照组(p<0.05)。另外,观察组患儿治疗后睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论临床治疗儿童扁桃体腺样体肥大疾病可首选低温等离子消融术,相比药物保守治疗效果更理想,能够更快改善患儿症状,值得运用推广。Objective To investigate the effect and value of low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy of tonsil in children.Methods A total of 60 children with tonsil adenoid hypertrophy who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2022 were selected as observation objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(30 cases refused to receive surgical treatment,chose conservative drug treatment)and observation group(30 cases underwent low-temperature plasma ablation).The control group was treated with conservative drug therapy.Observation group was treated with low temperature plasma ablation;The effect of treatment was compared.The improvement time of disease symptoms in the two groups was recorded respectively,and the sleep quality of the two groups was compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),and the treatment of nasal obstruction,mucosal edema and mucosal epithelization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(p<0.05).In addition,the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(p<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation is the frst choice for clinical treatment of children with tonsil adenoid hypertrophy.Compared with drug conservative treatment,the effect is more ideal and can improve the symptoms of children more quickly.It is worthy of application and promotion.
