过敏性鼻炎患者治疗中氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂与地氯雷他定合用的临床价值

摘　　要：目的评价对过敏性鼻炎予以氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂与地氯雷他定联合治疗的积极性。方法择取我院80例(2022年3月-2023年2月)过敏性鼻炎患者,依据其基础资料匹配性原则行分组处理(确保每组40例病例),给予对照组氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂,观察组联合地氯雷他定治疗。结果与观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)观测指标相比,对照组82.50%的治疗总有效率以更低呈现(P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组血清炎性因子对比,观察组患者炎性因子水平改善幅度较大(P<0.05)。经与对照组22.50%的不良反应发生率对比,观察组不良反应发生率以更低表示(P<0.05)。结论氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,可提升治疗效率并改善患者预后质量。Objective To evaluate the positivity of the combination treatment of azostatin nasal spray and desloratadine for allergic rhinitis.Method 80 patients with allergic rhinitis from our hospital(March 2022 to February 2023)were selected and divided into groups based on the principle of matching their basic data(ensuring 40 cases in each group).The control group was treated with azelastine nasal spray,while the observation group was treated with desloratadine in combination.Result Compared with the observation group's total effective rate(97.50%),the control group's 82.50%total effective rate(as many as 7 cases were ineffective)was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed a significant improvement in serum inflammatory factor levels(P<0.05).Compared with the 22.50%incidence of adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Azdrostatin nasal spray combined with desloratadine has a significant therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis,which can improve treatment efficiency and improve the quality of patient prognosis.
