过敏性鼻炎治疗中氯雷他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究氯雷他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂药物,治疗过敏性鼻炎疾病,对患者临床症状改善时间、炎症因子水平、临床症状积分以及不良事件发生率的影响价值。方法2021.04~2022.12期间设定为研究样本采纳区间,本院收治80例过敏性鼻炎患者为样本资料,动态随机化分组,对照组收录40例患者(氯雷他定治疗计划),实验组收录40例患者(氯雷他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗计划);统计对比纳入人员的:(1)临床症状改善时间;(2)炎症因子水平;(3)临床症状积分;(4)不良事件发生率。结果氯雷他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗方法实施后,实验组较之对照组,患者各项研究数值有明显改善趋势,(P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎疾病治疗中,实施氯雷他定联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗药物,可及时促进患者临床症状改善,缓解炎症状态,改善症状积分,疗效积极,不良事件发生率较低,治疗过程安全可靠,有临床推广应用意义。Objective To explore the value of loratadine combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and its impact on clinical symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor level,clinical symptom score,and incidence of adverse events.Methods During the period from April 2021.04 to December 2022.12,a study sample acceptance interval was set.80 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated in our hospital as sample data,and were randomly divided into dynamic groups.The control group included 40 patients(loratadine treatment plan),and the experimental group included 40 patients(loratadine combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment plan);Statistical comparison of the included personnel:(1)improvement time of clinical symptoms;(2)Inflammatory factor levels;(3)Clinical symptom score;(4)Adverse event occurrence rate.Results After the implementation of the treatment method of loratadine combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray,the experimental group showed a significant improvement trend compared to the control group in various research values of patients,(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of allergic rhinitis,the use of loratadine combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray can timely promote the improvement of patients'clinical symptoms,alleviate inflammatory status,improve symptom scores,and have a positive effect.The incidence of adverse events is low.The treatment process is safe and reliable,and has clinical significance for promotion and application.
