慢性鼻窦炎治疗中采用鼻内窥镜手术的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探寻针对慢性鼻窦炎的患者给予其鼻内窥镜手术具有怎样的效果。方法于2018.01-2022.12期间抽取在我院接受治疗的120例鼻窦炎患者,利用随机排列进行分组,分为对照组和试验组,各60例。给予对照组常规手术方案,而试验组则采纳鼻内窥镜手术,对比两组疗效、围术期指标、复发情况、生活质量。结果相比之下,试验组疗效更佳,P<0.05;试验组围术期各指标均较低,P<0.05;试验组复发次数较少,恢复良好,P<0.05;试验组生活质量较高,P<0.05。结论针对慢性鼻窦炎的患者给予其鼻内窥镜手术可发挥出极高疗效,减少复发及各种复杂的术后并发症,该手术方式值得进行推广及使用。Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 120 patients with sinusitis treated in our hospital were selected from January 1,2018 to December,2019,and divided into control group and experimental group by random arrangement,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operation,and the experimental group received nasal endoscopic operation.The efficacy,perioperative indexes,recurrence and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the experimental group,the therapeutic effect was better,P<0.05:Perioperative indexes of experimental groups were lower,P<0.05;The recurrence times of experimental group were less and the recovery was good(P<0.05).The life quality of experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis can play a very high curative effect,reduce recurrence and various complex postoperative complications,and this surgical method is worthy of promotion and use.
