小剂量克拉霉素联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎68例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究小剂量克拉霉素联合按柠肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎68例疗效。方法选择我院2020.03~2022.03期间的诊断为鼻窦炎的患者68例作为观察对象,实验组为口服按柠肠溶软胶囊和克拉霉素的患者共34例,对照组为口服桉柠肠溶软胶囊的患者共34例,对比两组慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状好转情况、炎症因子水平、生活质量评分。结果观察组(口服桉柠派肠溶软胶囊和克拉霉素治疗)慢性鼻窦炎患者总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组(口服桉柠肠溶软胶囊治疗)的79.41%(P<0.05)。观察组(口服桉柠肠溶软胶囊和克拉霉素治疗)慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻涕、鼻塞、头痛、嗅觉减退临床症状好转情况占比分别为88.24%、82.35%、73.53%、76.47%,高于对照组(口服桉柠肠溶软胶囊治疗)的67.65%、61.76%、58.82%、58.82%(P<0.05)。观察组(口服按柠肠溶软胶囊和克拉霉素治疗)慢性鼻窦炎患者干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1β分别为22.81±4.25(pg/L)、7.62±2.78(ng/mL)、32.70±5.41(pg/mL),低于对照组(口服按柠肠溶软胶囊治疗)的30.63±5.87(pg/L)、11.47土3.30(ng/mL)、41.36±6.29(pg/mL)(P<0.05)。观察组(口服桉柠肠溶软胶囊和克拉霉素治疗)慢性鼻窦炎患者生理、心理、驱体、健康评分分别为85.76±2.45(分)、82.53±2.04(分)、81.20±1.98(分)、84.39±2.26(分),高于对照组(口服按柠肠溶软胶囊治疗)(P<0.05)。结论小剂量克拉霉素联合桉柠肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果显著优于单用口服按柠肠溶软胶囊治疗,因此口服桉柠肠溶软胶囊和克拉霉素更具推广价值。Objective To study the efficacy of low-dose Clarithromycin combined with cinerpin enteric coated soft capsules in the treatment of 68 cases of chronic Sinusitis.Methods 68 patients diagnosed as Sinusitis in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects.The experimental group was 34 patients who took Gulinpin enteric coated soft capsule and Clarithromycin orally,and the control group was 34 patients who took Gulinpin enteric coated soft capsule orally.The clinical treatment effect,clinical symptom improvement,inflammatory factor level,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients with chronic Sinusitis were compared.Results The total effective rate of chronic Sinusitis patients in the observation group(treated with Gulinpin enteric coated soft capsule and Clarithromycin)was 97.06%,which was higher than that in the control group(79.41%treated with Gulinpin enteric coated soft capsule)(P<0.05).The improvement rate of clinical symptoms of chronic Sinusitis patients in the observation group(treated with cinerpin enteric coated soft capsule and Clarithromycin)was 88.24%,82.35%,73.53%and 76.47%,respectively,which was higher than that in the control group(treated with cinerpin enteric coated soft capsule)(67.65%,61.76%,58.82%and 58.82%,respectively).Observation group(treated with Gulinpin enteric coated soft capsule and Clarithromycin)interferon in patients with chronic Sinusitis Y、tumor necrosisfactor a、Interleukin 1βThe values were 22.81±D0I:10.19617/j.issn1001-1307.2025.01.634.25(pg/L),7.62±2.78(ng/mL),and 32.70±5.41(pg/mL),respectively,which were lower than the 30.63±5.87(pg/L),11.47±3.30(ng/mL),and 41.36±6.29(pg/mL)of the control group(treated with oral Eucalyptus Limingin enteric coated soft capsules)(P<0.05).The physiological,psychological,physical and health scores of the patients with chronic Sinusitis in the observation group(treated with cinerpin enteric coated soft capsule and Clarithromycin)were 85.76±2.45(points),82.53±2.04(points),81.20±1.98(po
