真菌性鼻窦炎的CT诊断准确性探讨

摘  要:目的讨论分析真菌性鼻窦炎CT诊断的影像特点与有效性,希望为临床医师提供更多参考依据。方法选取我院收治的真菌性鼻窦炎病患共计85例,时间分布界限2021年2月至2023年2月,通过分析病患的影像学基本资料,且以真菌培养、病理检验为判定依据,分析CT诊断的有效性。结果在真菌性鼻窦炎诊断中,CT扫描发现80例为真菌性鼻窦炎,诊断有效率达到94.12%,3例为鼻窦占位性病变,诊断有效率达到8.57%,2例为慢性鼻窦炎,诊断有效率达到2.35%;术中诊断与病例诊断均发展85例为真菌性鼻窦炎,诊断有效率达到100.00%;经CT扫描发现,70例为单侧上颌窦,2例为单侧上颌窦及筛窦,3例为单侧筛窦,5例为单侧蝶窦。全部病患窦腔中可见软组织密度增高影像,且质地不均匀,CT值处于30-50Hu,其中,68例软组织影内出现不规则点状或者片状高密度钙化影。有5例病患出现上颌窦内壁骨质吸收破损现象,16例为上颌窦窦口被扩大,18例为中鼻道新生物,11例为上颌窦骨壁出现增生硬化。结论在诊断真菌性鼻窦炎过程中,运用CT影像技术,可突出其特征性,提高临床诊断的有效性,但是真菌性鼻窦炎诊断还要辅以真菌培养、病理检查等手段,才能使临床诊断结果更加真实可靠,为临床医师治疗诊疗方案提供重要依据。Objective To discuss and analyze the imaging characteristics and effectiveness of CT diagnosis of fungal sinusitis,in the hope of providing more reference basis for clinical physicians.Method A total of 85 patients with fungal sinusitis admitted to our hospital were selected,with a time distribution range of February 2021 to February 2023.The effectiveness of CT diagnosis was analyzed by analyzing the basic imaging data of the patients and using fungal culture and pathological examination as the judgment basis.Result In the diagnosis of fungal sinusitis,CT scans revealed 80 cases of fungal sinusitis,with a diagnostic effectiveness rate of 94.12%,3 cases of sinus occupying lesions,with a diagnostic effectiveness rate of 8.57%,and 2 cases of chronic sinusitis,with a diagnostic effectiveness rate of 2.35%;85 cases of fungal sinusitis developed during both intraoperative and case diagnosis,with a diagnostic effectiveness rate of 100.00%;Through CT scanning,it was found that 70 cases were unilateral maxillary sinus,2 cases were unilateral maxillary ethmoid sinus,3 cases were unilateral ethmoid sinus,and 5 cases were unilateral sphenoid sinus.High density soft tissue imaging can be seen in the sinus cavity of all patients,with uneven texture and CT values ranging from 30-50 Hu.Among them,68 cases showed irregular punctate or patchy high-density calcification shadows in the soft tissue shadows.There were 5 patients with bone absorption and breakage of the inner wall of the maxillary sinus,16 patients with enlarged ostium of the maxillary sinus,18 patients with neoplasm of the middle nasal meatus,and 11 patients with hyperplasia and sclerosis of the bone wall of the maxillary sinus.Conclusion In the process of diagnosing fungal sinusitis,the use of CT imaging technology can highlight its characteristics and improve the effectiveness of clinical diagnosis.However,the diagnosis of fungal sinusitis also needs to be supplemented by methods such as fungal culture and pathological examination to make the clinical diagnosis mor
