中耳炎患者采用地塞米松注射液配合左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗的效果及对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探析地塞米松注射液配合左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗中耳炎的效果。方法此次研究定于2020年6月至2021年6月开展,并纳取本院收治的中耳炎患者74例配合研究,依据随机数字表法分2组,37例/组。对照组采用左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,观察组联合地塞米松注射液治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、炎性指标(IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α)及症状好转时间。结果观察组患者治疗有效率97.30%高于对照组的78.38%,组间差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后测试两组听阈值,观察组听阈值明显低于对照组,其差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前炎性指标水平比较无差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后患者的IL-2(10.25±1.21)ng/L、IL-6(19.62±3.12)ng/L、TNF-α(23.16±8.32)ug/L水平低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05),观察组患者症状好转时间包括耳痛(8.36±1.12)d、耳鸣(9.62±1.32)d、鼓膜充血(9.05±1.02)d、听力下降(8.52±1.32)d明显短于对照组,组间差异不显著(P<0.05)。结论中耳炎患者采用地塞米松注射液配合左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗效果明显,可改善患者听阈值及机体炎性水平,缩短症状改善时间,临床上可借鉴及推广。Objective To explore the effect of dexamethasone injection combined with levofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of otitis media.Methods This study was scheduled to be carried out from June 2020 to June 2021,and 74 patients with otitis media admitted to our hospital were enrolled to cooperate with the study,and were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,37 cases/group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin ear drops,and the observation group was treated with dexamethasone injection.The treatment response rate,inflammatory indexes(IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α)and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.30%higher than 78.38%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the listening threshold of the two groups was tested,and the listening threshold of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the level of inflammatory indicators before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2(10.25±1.21)ng/L,IL-6(19.62±3.12)ng/L,TNF-α(23.16±8.32)ug/L in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in observation group,including ear pain(8.36±1.12)d,tinnitus(9.62±1.32)d,eardrum congestion(9.05±1.02)d and hearing loss(8.52±1.32)d,was significantly shorter than that in control group,and there was no significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone injection combined with levofloxacin ear drops has obvious therapeutic effect in patients with otitis media,which can improve the hearing threshold and inflammatory level of patients,shorten the time of symptom improvement,and can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
