摘　　要：目的探讨CT值测定在中耳炎定性诊断中的应用价值。方法截取的研究时间为2018年5月-2023年5月,研究对象为60例中耳炎患者,回顾分析所有研究对象一般资料信息,观察CT征象表现,分析CT在中耳炎定性诊断中的应用价值。结果60例患者CT表现有不同范围软组织影,对兴趣区进行测量发现,一共有99个可信度较高的CT值,与手术病理结果相比,CT值测定的胆脂瘤包囊值为(22.76±10.08)Hu,测定的肉芽组织值为(46.76±14.05)Hu,测定的炎性渗出值为(-17.96±10.89)Hu;进行卡方检验发现,上述数据比较,有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论CT值测定在中耳炎定性诊断中展现了显著的应用价值,有应用优势,可为其他疾病定性诊断提供依据。Objective To explore the application value of CT value measurement in the qualitative diagnosis of otitis media.Methods The research period intercepted is from May 2018 to May 2023,including 60 patients with otitis media.We reviewed the general data of all study subjects,observed the performance of CT signs,and analyzed the application value of CT in the qualitative diagnosis of otitis media.Results In 60 patients with different ranges of soft tissue findings,measured in the area of interest,99 CT values were found.Compared with the surgical pathology results,the CT value was(22.76±10.08)Hu,the granulation tissue value was(46.76±14.05)Hu,and the inflammatory exudation value was(-17.96±10.89)Hu;the square test showed that the above data showed obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The determination of CT value shows significant application value in the qualitative diagnosis of otitis media,has application advantages,and can provide a basis for thequalitativediagnosis of otherdiseases.
