阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液鼻腔雾化吸入治疗鼻窦炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的本文重点对鼻窦炎的治疗药物进行分析,分别使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液鼻腔雾化吸入等方案,分析其疗效。方法抽取本院2021年5月-2023年5月80例鼻窦炎患者作为研究目标,依据随机数字法平等划分为研究组和对照组,每组纳入40例,对照组给予患者阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法治疗,研究组予以患者阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液鼻腔雾化吸入治疗,探究两组的疗效、临床症状缓解时间与药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组患者的临床症状缓解时间明显缩短,疗效显著提升,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率无显著差异P>0.05。结论阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液鼻腔雾化吸入治疗鼻窦炎患者可显著提升其临床疗效,缩短临床症状缓解时间,减少药物不良反应,值得临床借鉴、推广。Objective This article focuses on the analysis of the treatment of sinusitis,amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with budesonide suspension nasal aerosol inhalation and other schemes,to analyze its efficacy.Methods Eighty patients with sinusitis in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research target,and were equally divided into study group and control group according to random number method,each group included 40 cases,and the control group was given sequential therapy with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.The study group treated patients with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with budesonide suspension nasal aerosol inhalation,and explored the efficacy.duration of clinical symptom remission and incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups.Results After treatment,the remission time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shortened,and the curative effect was significantly improved,with statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups P>0.05.Conclusion Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with budesonide suspension nasal atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients with sinusitis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the duration of clinical symptom relief,and reduce adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
