半夏厚朴汤合消丸治疗梅核气的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的评估梅核气患者实施半夏厚朴汤合消丸治疗的应用效果。方法此次研究工作为2022年3月至2024年9月期间,我院所纳入的梅核气患者,收治数量为46例,按照奇偶法方式将其划分成2组,命名为试验组和常规组,分别纳入23例,常规组运用常规治疗,试验组患者选择半夏厚朴汤合消丸治疗,针对试验组与常规组的治疗前后中医症状积分、临床疗效情况实施组间对照。结果(1)梅核气患者治疗前中医症状积分对比结果显示为P值>0.05,不具备显著的二组差异性。试验组梅核气患者治疗后咽喉异物、胸闷气短、情志不畅、失眠多梦症状积分低于常规组患者,期间校验值显示为P值<0.05,结果充分证实组间差异存在。(2)试验组(95.65%)的梅核气患者临床疗效明显高于常规组(73.91%)的患者,其结果呈现为P<0.05,具有显著差异。结论梅核气患者实施半夏厚朴汤合消丸治疗效果确切。Objective To evaluate the application effect of Banxia Houpu Tang combined with Xiaoluo Pill in the treatment of patients with Meihe Qi.Method This study included 46 patients with Meihe Qi admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to September 2024.They were divided into two groups according to the parity method,named the experimental group and the conventional group,with 23 patients included.The conventional group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received Banxia Houpu Tang combined with Xiaoluo Wan treatment.Based on the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the experimental group and the conventional group Clinical efficacy was compared between groups.Result(1)The comparison of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of patients with Meihe Qi before treatment showed a P-value>0.05,indicating no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the symptoms of throat foreign body,chest tightness and shortness of breath,emotional distress,and insomnia and multiple dreams in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group.During the period,the calibration value showed a P value<0.05,which fully confirmed the existence of differences between the groups.(2)The clinical efficacy of patients with Meihe Qi in the experimental group(95.65%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(73.91%),and the results showed a significant difference of P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of Banxia Houpu Tang combined with Xiaoluo Pill on patients with Meihe Qi is accurate.
