摘  要:目的探究对急性中耳炎患儿开展血清降钙素原检测的积极价值。方法将2021年5月-2023年5月作为本研究开展时段,将我院80例急性中耳炎患儿纳入对照组,抽取体检健康儿童80例纳入对照组,对两组儿童均进行血清降钙素原检测。结果(1)观察组80例中耳炎患儿,其中化脓性患儿的PCT、WBC、CRP水平更高,明显高于非化脓患儿和对照组的健康儿童(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组患儿PCT、WBC、CRP水平出现明显下降(P<0.05)。结论急性中耳炎的发生,会导致血清降钙素原水平的明显升高,且患儿病情严重程度,与机体降钙素原水平呈正相关;故而可根据PCT水平对急性中耳炎实施针对性的治疗,可控制病情、改善患儿预后。Objective To explore the positive value of serum procalcitonin detection in children with acute otitis media.Method From May 2021 to May 2023,80 children with acute otitis media in our hospital were included in the control group,and 8o healthy children who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group.Both groups of children were tested for serum procalcitonin.Result(1)In the observation group of 80 children with otitis media,the levels of PCT,WBC,and CRP in purulent children were higher,significantly higher than those in non purulent children and healthy children in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the levels of PCT,WBC,and CRP in the observation group showed a significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of acute otitis media can otitis media in our hospital were included in the control group,lead to a significant increase in serum procalcitonin levels,and the severity of the patient's condition is positively otitis media in our hospital were included in the control group,correlated with the body's procalcitonin levels;Therefore,targeted treatment can be implemented for acute otitis media based on PCT levels,which can control the condition and improve the prognosis of the patient.
