罗红霉素联合甲泼尼龙片治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的药学作用探讨

摘　　要：目的研究罗红霉素+甲泼尼龙片对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者治疗中的药学作用。方法在医院2020年12月至2022年12月的两年时间中,从入院接受诊治的慢性鼻窦炎中挑选出80例同时伴有鼻息肉的患者,并在抽签法运用中实现对其小组的划分。对于本次分出的对照组(40例,甲泼尼龙片)与观察组(40例,甲泼尼龙片+罗红霉素)患者,对两组患者鼻窦炎症状评分与鼻内镜评分等指标进行比较。结果治疗前两组患者鼻塞、头痛、流涕等症状评估项目评分差距不大(P>0.05),治疗干预后观察组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);未治疗时,对照和观察两组患者鼻内镜评分相差无几,数值差距没有统计学意义(P大于0.05)。经药物治疗后,观察组鼻内镜评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性鼻窦炎且伴随鼻息肉的患者,在炎症症状改善与鼻息肉处理时,将罗红霉素搭配甲泼尼龙片的用药方案提供给患者,在鼻涕、鼻塞、头痛等鼻窦炎引发各类症状改善中发挥作用,在鼻息肉处理中也有较好的效果,存在临床中大范围推广的价值。Objective To study the pharmacological effects of roxithromycin and methylprednisolone tablets in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.Method During the two-year period from December 2020 to December 2022 in the hospital,80 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who were admitted for treatment were selected,and their groups were divided using the lottery method.For the control group(40 cases,methylprednisolone tablets)and the observation group(40 cases,methylprednisolone tablets+roxithromycin)divided this time,the symptoms of sinusitis and nasal endoscopy scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Result Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the evaluation scores of symptoms such as nasal congestion,headache,and runny nose between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment intervention,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);When not treated,there was no significant difference in nasal endoscopy scores between the control and observation groups,and the numerical difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After medication treatment,the nasal endoscopy score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic sinusitis accompanied by nasal polyps,the medication regimen of roxithromycin combined with methylprednisolone tablets is provided to improve inflammation symptoms and nasal polyp management.It plays a role in improving various symptoms caused by sinusitis such as nasal mucus,nasal congestion,and headache.It also has good effects in nasal polyp management and has the value of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
