喜炎平注射液在小儿上呼吸道感染治疗中的临床疗效分享

摘　　要：目的探析小儿上呼吸道感染采取喜炎平注射液诊疗的效果。方法选取2021年01月2023年01月就诊于我院的上呼吸道感染患儿研究,总纳入病例数至62例,依据随机数字法分组,对照组予常规疗法(利巴韦林),观察组予喜炎平注射液,比较效果:治疗有效率、症状恢复状况、炎性因子、不良反应。结果①治疗有效率:观察组较对照组,治疗有效率表现更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②症状恢复状况:基于发热、咳嗽、鼻塞等症状消失用时方面,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③炎性因子:观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)等,较对照组表现更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④不良反应:观察组腹泻、恶心呕吐等发生率,较对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论小儿上呼吸道感染采取喜炎平注射液诊疗效果显著,可降低炎性效应,快速改善症状,控制疾病进展,且安全性高,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of Xiyanping injection in the diagnosis and treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 62 children with upper respiratory tract infection,who were treated in our hospital in January,2021 and 2023,were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy(ribavirin),the Observation Group was given Xiyanping injection,and the curative effect was compared:effective rate,recovery of symptoms,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions.Results ①the effective rate of treatment:the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05);②the recovery status of symptoms:based on the time of fever,cough,nasal congestion and other symptoms disappearing,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);③inflammatory factors:c-reactiveprotein(CRP)and Interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control groupthe difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);④adverse reactions:the incidence of diarrhea,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children,it can reduce the inflammatory effect,improve the symptoms quickly,control the progress of the disease,and has high safety.
